Energir (Dual-Energy)
**** PARTNER **** Discount applied directly to the invoice
Provincial Grant for the Purchase of a High-Efficiency Heat Pump with a Gas Furnace
What is dual-energy?
Dual-energy is the combination of electricity and natural gas to better heat buildings. It’s a solution that allows you to use the right energy source at the right time and at the best cost.
In practical terms, a dual-energy heating system allows you to heat with electricity at the advantageous dual-energy rate for about 70% of your consumption. During very cold weather (-12°C and below*), when electricity demand is high, natural gas takes over.
